Crab Tina

This simple and tasty appetizer is best with an unsalted cracker. –The Woodbox Inn, Nantucket, Massachusetts

Yield: Serves 8-10


  • 1/4 pound of both King and Snow crab
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons horseradish
  • 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup crumbled fresh blue cheese
  • Pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve on lettuce bed with garnish of parsley, lemon, or tomato rose.
