Ingredients

  • Cafe Bonaparte
  • 3 Tbs (45 ml) cognac
  • 3 Tbs (45 ml) heavy cream
  • Hot coffee
  • Put the cognac and cream in a coffee mug and pour in the hot coffee.
  • Serves 1.
  • Cafe Foster
  • 2 Tbs (30 ml) rum
  • 1 Tbs (15 ml) creme de banana
  • Hot coffee
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
  • Put the rum and creme de banana in a coffee mug and pour in the hot
  • coffee. Top with whipped cream if desired. Serves 1.
  • Cafe Mocha (Nonalcoholic)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) hot coffee
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) hot chocolate
  • Whipped cream for garnish (optional)
  • Ground cinnamon or nutmeg for garnish (optional)
  • Combine the coffee and chocolate in a coffee mug and top with whipped

1 Tbs (15 ml) brandy

2 Tbs (30 ml) brandy
