Coconut Crusted Salmon

Yield: 4 Servings


  • 4 Tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1 1/3 pounds wild salmon fillet


Preheat oven to 350F. Mix melted butter with salt, paprika, and coconut in a small bowl. Spread over salmon. Place salmon in a buttered Pyrex pan and bake for about 10 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and crust is lightly browned.
