Had these meatballs at a friends house. Because of frozen packages of meatballs
they are easy to make and a treat for family and friends.
Yield: about 4 dozen
- 2 pkgs (28 oz) frozen cooked meatballs,
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 c. chili sauce
- 1 c. grape jelly
- 1/2 c dijon mustard
In a skillet ( I use a slow cooker), cook meatballs in soy sauce until heated through. Combine the chili sauce, jelly and mustard; pour over the meatballs. Cook and stir until jelly is melted and mixture comes to a boil reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1-2 minutes. (Slow cooker Simmer on low to keep warm).
