chocolate fondue


  • 12 oz milk chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 5 oz dark or bittersweet chocolate, chopped or chips
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 T butter
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1/4 c. kahlua
  • pinch salt


Heat cream, butter and vanilla in a small saucepan until it almost comes to a boil. Remove from heat and whisk in chocolates, kahlua and salt. Serve warm in a desert fondue pot with anything you like; pound cake, oreos, strawberries, bananas, kiwi, pretzels, rice crispie bars, cheesecake or brownies
