Chicken Teriyaki Sticks
Yield: Serves 4
- 2/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet sherry
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger root
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 pound boneless chicken chunks
- pineapple chunks in juice
InstructionsMix marinade and soak chicken overnight.
Skewer chicken chunks and pineapple and broil or grill until done.
