Bourbon Brown Sugar Steak Freezer Marinade
Buy meat on sale and marinate, then label and freeze them until you’re ready to grill, sauté, or broil.
- 2 pounds steak tips or flank steak
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Worstershire sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
Defrost the meat, season with salt and pepper, and then grill or broil. Serve with sliced Romaine lettuce, celery, and crumbled blue cheese.
