  • 1/3 C nonfat buttermilk or nonfat mild
  • 1/3 C nonfat plain yogurt
  • 2 T tarragon vinegar or distilled white vinegar
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t freshly ground pepper
  • 1/4 C crumbled blue cheese (1 oz)
