Berried Ice Tea
Nothing beats this on a hot, humid day in berry season. Works well with any kind of berry.
Yield: One 8-ounce glass
- 1/3 cup berries, crushed
- 3/4 cup strong tea
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ice cubes or cubes of frozen juice
InstructionsPuree berries in blender; strain to remove seeds. Pour into a tall glass. Add tea, sugar, and lemon juice; stir to dissolve sugar. Add ice cubes or juice cubes and serve garnished with fresh fruit or a sprig of mint.
