- Bluefish fillets
- Garlic powder
- Black pepper
- Garlic clove, crushed
- Dill seed to taste
Place fish fillets in foil-lined pan, skin side down. Sprinkle lightly with vinegar, garlic powder, and pepper, and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 20 to 30 minutes, depending upon the thickness of the fish.
