- 1/2 c. Apple cider
- 16 c. thick apple pulp
- 8 c. sugar
- 4 t. cinnamon
- 2 cinnamon stick opional
InstructionsCore & slice apples, but do not peel, add only enough water to cook apples until soft.
Press through fine scene and measure.
Combine all ingredents
Cook until mixture remains in a smooth mass. About 1 1/2 hours of boiling, Stir often to prevent burning, Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
I cook mine in the oven at 300*
