Fallen Constellation

I snapped this photo a block from my home in Marblehead, Massachusetts — it was misty, cool fall day and I couldn’t resist all the beautiful leaves covered in water droplets. I did little to this shot in post-processing — the leaf was sitting in a puddle of water and I lifted the contrast to darken the background, which almost eliminated the water ripples…still, I liked the result. I hope you do too.
